Any dwelling created after 1st April 2008 must have an EPC certificate using SAP methodology.

A full SAP EPC can be used for sale or rent like the (RdSAP) version, valid for 10 years.

Your building control officer will require the SAP EPC for sign off but they may ask for an EPC. Under current legislation, this must be a full SAP EPC.
If a full SAP EPC was completed in 2008 and has now expired, a normal residential EPC is required.
Once you have placed an order online or over the phone, one of our specialist SAP EPC assessors will email you.

Once supplied, it takes 2-3 working days to complete. We then email you the certificate.
If you are at the design stage, we can issue you with a SAP Calculation and Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA). When the build is completed and ready for sign off, we will convert this into a full SAP EPC at no extra charge.
