To discuss our bulk order discounts, it is best to call the team on 0203 397 8220. Bulk order discounts are designed for clients who need to order in a large quantity and usually just a one off. For example, a landlord with 20 properties all needing EICRs would benefit from this pricing. If you are looking to order services consistently with us (such as letting agents/ property managers), then you may want to consider setting up a trade account with us to access the best service and pricing tailored to your needs.

We have a diverse range of business clients including; Local authorities, housing associations, solicitors, renewable technology installers and estate agents.

We use a bespoke order management system that is designed to streamline the ordering system to ensure it’s as simple as possible. Our usual turnaround time is just 4 working days.

Our business to business service also has the functionality of allowing agents to set the price to their client and the difference to be paid to the agents each week.
