If you own a domestic or commercial property in England and Wales and are looking to sell, rent or lease, as of 21st May 2010, you are liable to possess a valid energy performance certificate.

Once you have completed the online form or ordered an EPC with us, we will inform our assessors, who will contact you directly to start the process. Firstly, they will phone you to arrange an inspection date convenient to you. This takes 2 days for a domestic EPC and 1 day for a commercial EPC. Details are taken verbally, but an assessment of key items in your property is required to complete the inspection.
