As from 21st May 2010, any domestic property owner, commercial property owner or landlord must possess an up to date energy performance certificate (EPC) to state the current level of energy efficiency of that building. However, if you have multiple properties that you wish to rent or lease we will be happy to accommodate a discounted rate for you. An energy performance certificate lasts for up to 10 years. If you intend to make any alterations to your property within this period, an amended EPC is recommended.
