Whether you are a domestic or commercial property owner, a landlord, estate or letting agency, as of 21st May 2010, if you wish to sell, rent or lease your building, you will require by law, an energy performance certificate.

If you complete our online form under the 'EPC Quote' or 'Commercial EPC' links you will have started the assessment process.

For a domestic property click on the 'EPC Quote' link giving us your details. Once this form is completed you will receive a call from our experienced assessor within 2 working days.

They will arrange a convenient inspection date, 2 days from their call, and process your energy performance certificate. This process takes approximately 5 working days from the original booking date. Prices for a domestic EPC starts from £36.00 depending on the type and whereabouts of the building.

For a commercial property, a quote and inspection date will be arranged within 24 hrs from the completion of the online form. Prices are from £149.00 + VAT for a commercial EPC.

We do provide discounts for landlords who have multiple buildings. If you wish to discuss these then please call us on 0203 397 8220. An EPC will be valid for a total of 10 years, nevertheless if alterations or changes to any part of the building are made, then we suggest that a new EPC is obtained to ensure the efficiency levels are kept up to date.
