We at Energy Performance Certificates are a happy and friendly company who can help provide you with an energy performance certificate to record the energy efficiency levels of your property.

We have an experienced and fully accredited number of energy assessors who are local to your area. They can proceed with the inspection of your property in a quick and professional manner.

Any property owner or landlord wishing to sell, rent or lease their property must first obtain an energy performance certificate and make this available for the prospective buyer or tenant.

After the initial booking, a domestic EPC energy assessor will contact you within 2 days to arrange an inspection in the following 2 days on key elements at your property.

For a commercial property, contact is made within 24 hrs. The assessor will give you a quotation for the assessment then arrange a convenient appointment time which will suit you.

Our prices are very competitive - the domestic property EPC starts from £36.00, and is dependent on the area and type of property in question. The commercial property EPC begins at £149.00 + VAT.

However, if as a landlord you require EPC’s for multiple buildings, we are happy to negotiate discounts, so please call us on 0203 397 8220. An energy performance certificate is valid for up to 10 years. However, should any changes or alterations be made to your property within this period we would advise you to carry out a fresh EPC.
