We cover the whole of Scotland and the following areas:-

If you are a residential home owner, a commercial property owner or landlord, you are required to provide a valid energy performance certificate (EPC) should you wish to sell, rent or lease it out.

We cover the Scotland region and have many licenced energy assessors who can offer you a quick and easy service to process you EPC at a very competitive and reasonable price.

Once you have ordered your EPC, either by completing an online information form or phoning us. An energy assessor will contact you directly, within 2 working days for a domestic EPC, or within 24 hrs for a commercial EPC.

They will gather some information verbally from you before arranging a suitable day for them to inspect your property, encompassing assessments of key energy items at your property.

The cost of a domestic property EPC starts from £36.00 depending on the area and type of building and the commercial property EPC begins at £149.00 + VAT. We are able to offer a reduction in the cost for landlords with multiple properties to be inspected and these discounts should be discussed when arranging an inspection.

An energy performance certificate is valid for 10 years, but if in the meantime you have made any alterations to your property, we suggest that you arrange for a new EPC inspection to be carried out.

Please do not hesitate to contact us on 0203 397 8220 to discuss any issues regarding your energy performance improvements.
